Gard Field, located on the east side of town.
The track is a 7 lane, 400m facility.
Only ¼” Spikes Permitted on Track. Meet Time and Date:
The meet will be held on Monday the
25th of May 2009. Registration begins 7:00 a.m. Field events begin at 8:00 a.m. Running events begin at 9:00 a.m. Entry Fees: $15.00
per athlete. This includes relay alternates, even if that is their only event.
Deadline for entries received is May 22nd.
ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES THE DAY OF THE MEET!
AGE DIVISIONS:
Age Divisions will be determined by the Year the Athlete was born Primary; 2001 and up. Sub-Bantam: 2000Bantam: 1999 Sub-Midget: 1998 Midget: 1997 Sub-Youth: 1996 Youth:
1995 Awards:
Medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each event with ribbons going to the 4th, 5th, and 6th place finishers in each event. False Start:
1 false start per athlete in each event will be allowed.
Competition: ABSOLUTELY NO PARENTS ALLOWED ON THE INFIELD. Competitors and Coaches should be alert to announcements on the P. A. system. Running events always take precedence over field events.
Athletes will have 5 min to return to finish their field events after running events. Athletes are limited to three events including relays in all divisions, except for Sub-Youth, Youth ,
and Open which are allowed four events. No team tents allowed on Infield or Grandstands. Directions To Track:
Garden Plain is located approximately 10 miles west of Wichita, Ks. On U.S. 54 or sometimes know as U. S. 400. Concessions:
Concessions will be provided the day of the meet.
